Install a new gasket, oil drain tube, and capscrews.

Tighten the capscrews.

Torque Value: 44 N•m [32 ft-lb]

Pour 50 to 60 cc [2.0 to 3.0 ounces] of clean engine oil

in the turbocharger oil supply opening.

If installing a new turbocharger, install the male union

Torque Value: 30 N•m [22 ft-lb]

Install the turbocharger oil supply tube.

Torque Value: 30 N•m [22 ft-lb]

Install the turbocharger drain tube to the turbocharger.

Torque Value: 44 N•m [32 ft-lb]
